Corey Chapman, YaBB Project Leader & CEO of XIMinc, announced that YaBB 2.2.1 has been updated to the latest version of the cPanel installer.  Here is a reprint of Corey's announcement:

cPanel has updated their installer for YaBB to YaBB 2.2.1.  Upgrades from previous installations through cPanel should be seamless.  cPanel is showing their love for Perl by supporting YaBB as the recommended forum system (BBS) and creating an installer within cPanel.

The YaBB installer in cPanel has been in since cPanel version 10.8.2-RELEASE 83.  This will allow webmasters to install YaBB with the click of a button within their hosting control panel.  Multiple installs can be done, and upgrades will be available for all of those installs with the click of a button too!
