YaBB is a free, open-source project.  This means the various domain registrations and website hosting are donated.  Unfortunately, during these poor economic times, the "bills" have not been getting paid for several months.

But you can help!  All it will take is several people to host their websites and/or register their domains with YaBB's sponsor, XIMinc.  We've made this easy by offering 8 hosting plans from only $4.95 per month to $40.95 per month for corporations.  See http://ximinc.com/.
